Rental accounts: We have a portfolio of clients for whom we prepare rental accounts. We normally prepare rental accounts from any number of properties you own or whoever you are in partnership with for individuals and companies. For individuals, we agree the rental accounts with you, calculate your tax, then, we file the tax return to HMRC. We also provide letters requested by mortgage brokers for you to be able to purchase more properties. Statutory accounts for companies and Charity accounts: We prepare the statutory accounts per companies act 2006 and abbreviated financial statements for small and medium size companies.
